How to use freddy?
First, sign up at freddy.coach and OAuth your wearable or health app accounts (e.g., Oura, Garmin, Dexcom). Once connected, copy your unique MCP URL from your dashboard. Open your AI client (Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, or any MCP-compatible agent) and paste the URL into the MCP settings. After connecting, you can ask questions like 'Why did my HRV drop last night?' or 'What's my glucose trend after meals?' The AI will query freddy and return data-backed answers.
